Don't panic, but act fast. Power off the device immediately — do NOT try to charge it. Remove the case and SIM card. Gently shake out excess water. Do NOT use a hairdryer or put it in rice (both are myths that can cause more damage). Bring it to FixCellat within the first hour for the best chance of recovery.
